Conflict has a way of shrinking our thinking into either/or: right or wrong, victim or perpetrator, win or lose.

But mediation invites us to see differently. 🌿

Non-dual thinking allows us to hold complexity, contradiction and multiple truths without rushing to judgement. It is the space where curiosity replaces certainty, listening replaces defending, and new possibilities can emerge.
