The new Consumer Protection Act(CPA) is cause for all business owners to give attention to it. However,although "consumers" include small businesses/companies,these will not enjoy protection under the CPA if their assets or annual turnover equal or exceed 2 million rand-so it's necessary to build that determination into your terms&conditions of trade.
