Yamin Risk Management act on strength of a Power of Attorney on behalf of a large number of companies and individuals, whose drivers and Representatives receive Traffic Fines in the greater Johannesburg, East rand and Pretoria area.
We take all steps that may be necessary to apply for the reduction of the fines set out in the Infringement Notice issued by any participating Metropolitan Police, or Traffic Authority deemed to be involved in the application of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offenses (AARTO) Act No 46 of 1998, and complete all documentation as prescribed or required by the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offenses (AARTO) Act no 46 of 1998.
