Serisha previously held the title of Head of Conveyancing and Senior Conveyancing Attorney with Klinkenberg Inc. Attorneys, having been one of the biggest legal firms in Gauteng. She served a multitude of clients over her almost 8 years of dedicated service to the firm directly under Robert Klinkenberg. was unfortunately and unexpectedly closed in December 2015 after the tragic passing of the sole director, Robert Klinkenberg. was thereafter formed in an effort to not only create much needed employment in the current difficult times and volatile economy, but also to continue the long standing services offered by us to the prior Klinkenberg Inc. clients. Our beautiful and highly skilled ladies who have now joined Serisha in this new and exciting legal firm were all trained by Serisha personally and was part of her original Klinkenberg Inc. team. The firm, although new, is thus established from onset based upon each one’s individual as well as our collective knowledge and passion for what we do. We bring with us absolute loyalty and dedication to continue to assist the valued clients with whom we have formed excellent client relationships over the many years of service under the Klinkenberg Inc. name now under Azaria Legal & Life. We further look forward to serving and building such same loyal relationships with many new clients as well.

A recent ruling by the Western Cape High Court has highlighted two crucial issues:
- The importance of having a valid will, and
- The challenges of proving a life partnership when there is no formal agreement in place.

Too often, couples in committed relationships assume their bond will be legally recognized, only to find out too late that they have no standing in the eyes of the law.
