We are seeking a capable developments-focused conveyancer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as soon as possible!

The ideal candidate should have specific development conveyancing experience and be commercially, technically, and managerially proficient. As such, they should be capable of running developments independently from the outset, including assistance with due diligence on development sites (title deed conditions and zoning scheme provisions), assisting with the acquisition of development sites, structuring transactions and entities, attending to underlying development conveyancing (consolidations, subdivisions, servitudes, and the opening of sectional title schemes), management of the development sale processes, including off-plan sales, and the ex*****on of the transfer of such properties to purchasers.

In this context, the ideal candidate must be able to manage finances, work in a team environment, co-ordinate large batches, and process high volumes of transactions simultaneously.

The salary is market-related and dependent on experience.

We are seeking a proactive IT training & liaison specialist to bridge the gap between our staff’s skills and technology stack.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for Microsoft Office and our web-based platforms to ensure every department uses our tools to their full potential.

Beyond teaching, you will act as a ‘consultant’ to our internal teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and feed those insights back to the IT department to shape our tech strategy.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly organised, patient, and approachable. This individual must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Desktop apps, experience creating online training content, and excellent communication skills.

The salary is market-related and depends on experience.

The successful applicant will be based at STBB Cape Town.
