About the trainer:

Marleen Potgieter, over and above being a qualified lawyer with over 20 years' commercial experience, has been a partner at a law firm, has run her own practice and has advised countless number of clients over the years:
• has facilitated the EE process in at least 40 companies, large and small;
• co-wrote the original Employment Equity Regulations;
• has been involved in Cult

ural Diversity road shows and workshops for major corporate clients – and trained workforces as large as 4500 employees;
• has conducted workshops and training sessions in-house and at public seminars on Conflict Resolution, Cultural Sensitivity and EQ for Managers;
• has trained large numbers of managers and supervisors on Discipline and Incapacity management;
• has recently embarked on Managing the Millennial workshops and facilitated a workshop on the topic for teachers at a large national school;
• has written and continues to write for Fleet Street publications, Juta's and Butterworths; and
• is an accredited service provider with the Services Seta. Her clients include:
