This issue brings together timely and thought-provoking work on topics such as defamation and public figures, public order in Cameroon, mine rehabilitation law in South Africa, and the sentencing of minors in South African courts.

We are excited to invite you to an upcoming hybrid seminar by Dr Maria Helena Saari, PhD, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Oulu, titled โ€œReimagining Earth-Centred Governance with Youth and Frontline Actors: Perspectives from International Practiceโ€.

The seminar explores youth-led and ranger-guided multispecies diplomacy as a practice of ecojustice education. Drawing on the Multispecies Model United Nations pilot in France and the KAZA Youth Diplomacy Forum, Dr Saari will consider how Rights of Nature and frontline participation can help reimagine sustainability education, environmental governance and meaningful participation across local, regional and global policy processes.
