A small legal practice seeking to hire a junior legal secretary. If you work well under pressure, can think outside the box, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and computer skills and want to develop new skills then get in contact. Duties and Responsibilities: Dictaphone typing; Communication with clients; Diary Management, Filing (emails and documents) Reporting Formatting of legal documentation Amongst other general legal secretarial duties Requirements Preferably 1 year experience in legal or administrative environment Must be able to type 40 words per minute. Must be able to deliver quality work in tight time frames. Must be able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent command of the English language. Afrikaans is advantageous Excellent communication skills. Secretarial/Legal Secretarial Qualification.
