After much consultation i have come to a decision that as from the beginning of next year i will be grooming any individual preferably someone currently on a gap year or a fresh graduate on how to become a fully licensed estate agent in South Africa (full training and mentorship). All i need from them is the desire and passion. Let your siblings give this some thought and let me know. May look at taking on 2 depending on the interest.

Having joined what was then a very small company run by two brothers just a little over 3 years ago as their first Acquisitions Consultant, I never imagined just how thrilling the journey would be. I mean it was a small office of 3 people and 1 agent who worked remotely. With a business model like no other, we have sold 885 properties since late 2014. My team still comprises of myself as the Jhb Acquisitions Consultant, a colleague as the one in Pretoria and another who joined us a year ago when we began operations in Cape Town and she has already sold 50 properties (both freehold and sectional title units)
