FIDELITY FUND CERTIFICATE (FFC)

What is the Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)?
The FFC is a mandatory requirement for all practicing legal practitioners who are practising for their own account (trust account) in South Africa. It's a certificate issued by the Legal Practitioner's Fidelity Fund (LPFF) that serves as a safeguard against financial losses caused by misappropriation or theft of Trust Funds by a legal practitioner or member(s) of a law firm/practice.

Soos 2024 tot 'n einde kom, wil ek graag 'n oomblik neem om my opregte dank uit te spreek.

Hierdie jaar was een van uitdagings en oorwinnings, en deur dit alles was u die ruggraat van ons firma se sukses.

Aan elke kliënt wat ons vertrou het met hul regsake, aan elkeen wat iemand na ons verwys het, en aan elke persoon wat ons my werk geglo het—ek sê opreg dankie.

U het my daaraan herinner dat ons nie hierdie pad alleen loop nie. U het ons gesien, ondersteun, en waardeer, en u het 'n seën in ons lewe geword wat ek altyd sal koester.
