Start Date: ASAP

A well-established Conveyancing Attorney Firm in Brackenfell is seeking a skilled, experienced, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with Ghost Practice.
• Sound knowledge of LPC Rules and Compliance Requirements.
• Sound knowledge of FIC Rules and Requirements.
• Experience with the opening and closing of investments and issuing of guarantees on:

Nedbank Corporate Saver
Absa Attorney Management System (AMS)
FNB 3rd Party Investment Manager

• Experience with processing payments and managing transactions on the banking platforms of Absa, Nedbank, and FNB.
• Experience with the calculation and submission of VAT and PAYE returns.
• Strong bookkeeping experience, including trust and business account reconciliations.
• Experience with day-to-day bookkeeping functions and financial administration within a legal practice.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
