🔹 Conduct B2B sales to drive revenue and client retention
🔹 Present product features and benefits using scripts
🔹 Work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Skills:
✅ Matric / Grade 12
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
✅ Previous call centre/telemarketing experience (training provided)
✅ Fluent in English and Afrikaans
✅ Friendly, persuasive, and professional telephone manners
✅ Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets
✅ Keen attention to detail
✅ Customer-centric approach
✅ Adaptability to different industries/business profiles
✅ Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
✅ Time management and independent work capability
✅ Punctuality and reliability
✅ Multi-tasking and organizational skills
✅ Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas
