The Financial Intelligence Centre has called upon accountable institutions to submit their Risk Management & Compliance Policy ("RMCP") by close of business Wednesday, 12 March 2025.

Accountable institutions must submit their RMCP via the FIC goAML platform.

On 10 March 2025 the FIC advised that the submission rate is poor and urged accountable institutions to attend to submissions without delay.

Non-compliance will lead to administrative sanctions, including potential financial penalties.

If your RMCP is not yet in place, we can assist you. We assist accountable institutions achieve F**A compliance through services such as RMCP drafting, provision of supporting documents and training.
