Runners, walkers and four-legged friends showed up in numbers yesterday, bringing the energy to another HUNT 5K Friday, with nearly 400 participants across our four locations.

What started as a simple Friday morning run continues to grow into something so much bigger. And it’s all thanks to the people who show up, week after week.

5km of movement, great company and free coffee on us.

This Friday, the HUNT Cup takes over Royal Cape Golf Club for the Cape Town Finale, closing out an incredible first series at the new home of our Cape Town leg.

What started as a new chapter for the HUNT Cup has quickly gained momentum, with a growing field and a strong golfing community making Cape Town a firm fixture on the HUNT Cup calendar.

Yesterday our HUNT 5K Friday community showed up in black. Despite the KZN weather, and with an incredible turnout in Cape Town, our communities came together to run in solidarity and remembrance of the victims of gender-based violence in South Africa.
