(No, I would rather the Government decided who should benefit)

Do you have Lasting Powers of Attorney?

(No, I would rather Social Services or a solicitor made decisions for me after a serious accident, stroke, illness or I get to old to manage for myself)

Will there be family disagreements over the funeral?

Have you recorded your wishes so that your loved ones know exactly what you want and have you considered who is going to pay for it.

Equity Release – is it right for you?

If you have been considering Equity Release you need to speak to an impartial expert who will explain and advise you of the pros and cons, and who is not afraid to tell you if it is not suitable for you, before you respond to advertisement and speak to a salesman.
