In a tech-driven economy, consumer spend more of their income on digital products like games and online streaming entertainment. Digital products often have "zero marginal cost", meaning the seller doesn't pay much to make an extra copy. In past eras, vinyl records, cassette tapes required additional raw materials and other cost to sell extra copies. Today when we download a song that extra download costs incurred by us costs nothing to the producer.

It's been a long struggle to find the true Necessity of Stock Bookneed of Stock Book. To, the extent of my knowledge till today, yes it's needed to know the true and fair value of stock value i.e. ( NAS-04, para 8)
Beside, that there are many expenses where there is VAT transaction so to separate the goods which are purchase to resale from the operating expenses and purchase of capital asset. This may be another hypothesis. to maintain the stock book.

Probably it was Septembers end or October. A rickshaw driver with all the hope in his eyes asks me the address of the cooperative whose passbook neither has their address nor their contact number he must have saved his money for both his sunny and rainy days. I wonder if they have their physical office. Their( Cooperative) Modus Operandi is a classic example of crony capitalism it's a State-sponsored loot. This remark is not cynical and nor it's an emotional outburst the silence of Nepal Rastra Bank shows it all. NRB is an autonomous body that controls all the financial and saving institution doesn't exercise its power over the cooperative and their operation intrigued me. The stick of the power always seems brutal to the powerless. Nepal Rastra Bank and Supreme Court of Nepal must take action against this fraud.

The real economic problem in the third world country is that the entrepreneur are full of ideas but they don't have enough resources to back up their ideas as the margin of error is way to small.
We have been long hearing that land, labour and capital are the means of production there is no denying in that but I believe problem in Nepal is that private ownership has a huge competitive advantage over the one's who lack that.As Government of Nepal has no guts to take risk and a country can't develop if they are not willing to loose money in innovation.
