Buying a Home is a big decision, but sometimes you find the right one very quickly. Many people wonder how many homes to view at a time or before they decide on one. There really is no magic number and sometimes Buyers fall in love with the first one they see. I recommend, to view anywhere from three to five homes in a day, and if nothing jumps out, take a breather and start again another time. Once you’ve viewed 10-12 homes in person, you probably have a good idea of what’s available in your price range. You will know what’s available and what you may need to compromise on.

I do want you all to know how very appreciative I am of how my past work year went. It was not an easy market for realtors to navigate. It had its ups and downs. We persevered.
I probably had more fun than ever this year working with, not only some of my closest friends, but some of your referrals. Every client was amazing. I honestly can’t say enough about how lucky I really am to be able to continue to work in a business that I love. It allows me to also prioritize family time, my health and work from home when I can. Sometimes we are working 7 days a week, driving all over the lower mainland and negotiating late into the evening, but I have to say that’s what makes it exciting. It’s the forever changing market, the new clients, the different properties, the challenges, the creative solutions and everything in between. The best reward is knowing you helped someone, a family, a young couple, find what they were looking for or move on to their next adventure while trying to reduce as much headache, stress and risk as possible for them.

Now I get to go celebrate downtown, with all the other agents. It’s a great way to connect with others in the industry but also reflect on the hard work and commitment that was needed, in order to get where we are today! As I head into my 15th year in Real Estate, I am going in with enthusiasm and eagerness to help create even more success stories. Yay!!

I am fortunate that I am able to continue doing what I love most in my business, which is helping people reach their real estate goals and it would not be possible without you all. As you know, we have a lot of competition in this industry and to be chosen and have your trust means more than you know.
It was a very interesting and sometimes challenging year for both buyers and sellers, but we persevered, made smart decisions and everything turned out quite well for all my clients.
