Neighbors using DE weapons on our house

People two houses down from us are breaking in our house and climbing all over the outside of the house using DE weapons on us. They do this almost every night, playing an extremely dangerous game. This is serious as this guy is using potentially deadly weapons on us.

They just set of my Geiger Counter 78 times in the last 24 hours. How can that be anything but stalking and harassment under any law in any state.

If you think you are being microwaved just buy a peice of double bubble insulation with aluminum foil on each side. Place it over your body allowing a space to breathe and listen. If you hear nothing then they aren't radiating you, if you hear a cracling sound like frying bacon you are being radiated, the louder the noise the greater the radiation. Symptoms of microwave exposure are dry skin, dry eyes, pain in any exposed area, burns and poped blood vessels on your skin, eventual organ failure. If it's sever you will hear a popping sound inside your head and you may experience high blood pressure, and heart damage.
