پشاور ہائی کورٹ بنچ مینگورہ بار ایسوسی ایشن یونیورسٹی آف ملاکنڈ کے طالب علم موسیٰ خان کے وفات پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتی ہے اور اس حوالے سے جوڈیشل انکوائری کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے تاکہ ملوث افراد و اسباب کا تعین ہو کر ملزمان کو قانون کے کٹہرے میں لا کر قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔

تعلیمی اداروں میں طلباء مسائل و مشکلات کا حل طلباء یونینز کی بحالی ہے لہذا حکومت وقت سے بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ طلباء یونینز پر عائد پابندیاں ہٹا کر طلباء یونینز کو بحال کیا جائے۔

یونیورسٹیز انتظامیہ سے بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ موسیقی سمیت طلباء کے غیر نصابی سرگرمیاں پر پابندیاں عائد کرنے اور مشکلات پیدا کرنے کے بجائے طلباء کو غیر نصابی سرگرمیوں کے انعقاد کیلئے سہولتیں فراہم کریں اور حوصلہ افزائی کریں۔

یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ کے جانب سے موسی خان سمیت دو دیگر طلباء اشرف علی خان اور وقاص احمد کو جو نوٹسز جاری کئے ہیں اسکی سخت الفاظ میں مذمت کرتے ہیں اور مطالبہ کرتے ہیں مذکورہ نوٹسز فوری طور پر واپس لئے جائے۔
پشاور ہائی کورٹ بنچ مینگورہ بار ایسوسی ایشن موسی خان کے وفات پر انکے خاندان کے ساتھ دلی تعزیت کا بھی اظہار کرتی ہے اور قانونی معاونت کا بھی یقین دلاتی ہے۔
