During a meditation recently I was given an incredible image of thousands of lightworkers, healers, guardians of the light, all floating within our universe, up with the stars, sparkling as brightly as them.

They were gathered in groups with each group carrying out their work. And the message that came with this was how often we think that we are not doing enough to help the world, to help people. But our work here on earth, in our waking hours, is only a small part of what we do. In our sleep we gather with others to continue our light work as the universe needs us to.

This work is so valuable and precious and yet we don’t often remember or acknowledge how important this work is.

And so I was given this message to reassure others, and myself, that we are doing enough. We are enough. We are exactly who the universe needs us to be.

So if you wake up exhausted in the morning, and feel like you have worked all the night through – you have been! ###
