Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of Governments and the Law on Organization of Local Government dated November 22, 2019

Pursuant to the June 16, 2014 Law on entry, exit, exit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on entry, exit, transit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam on November 25, 2019,

Pursuant to Decree No. 138/2016/ND-CP dated October 1, 2016 of

The Government promulgates the Government's Working Regulations; Based on the votes of Government members on the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Document No. 463/BC-BNG-LS-m dated March 1, 2022.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Article 1. Visa exemption for citizens of the following countries: Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of France, Republic of Italy, Kingdom of Spain, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Union Russia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Kingdom of Denmark, Kingdom of Sweden, Kingdom of Norway, Republic of Finland and Republic of Belarus when entering Vietnam with a temporary stay of 15 days from the date of entry, regardless of passport type and entry purpose, on the basis of satisfying all conditions as prescribed by Vietnamese law.

Article 2. The policy of visa exemption on entry to Vietnam for citizens of the countries mentioned in Article I is implemented for a period of 03 years, from March 15, 2022 to the end of March 14, 2025 and will be consider the extension in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Article 3. This Resolution takes effect from the date of signing and promulgates and replaces Resolutions No. 21/NQ-CP dated February 28, 2020, No. 23/NQ-CP dated March 2, 2020 and No. 29/NQ -CP dated March 11, 2020 and No. 33/NQ-CP dated March 19, 2020 of the Government on temporary suspension of unilateral visa exemption policy with countries.
