1️⃣ 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: Decree No. 20/2026/ND-CP (effective 15 January 2026) introduces comprehensive tax and cost incentives to promote private sector development, including CIT and PIT exemptions, support for R&D, and innovation funds.

2️⃣ 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐬: Decree No. 96/2026/ND-CP (effective 31 March 2026) revises investment procedures, allows enterprise establishment before IRC issuance, simplifies financial capacity requirements, and expands beneficiaries of investment incentives.

3️⃣ 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐬: Decision No. 28/2026/QD-TTg (effective 01 July 2026) regulates issuance and management of ABTC, enabling businesspersons to enter APEC member economies without visa requirements, valid for up to 5 years.

1️⃣ Ư𝐮 đã𝐢 𝐭𝐡𝐮ế 𝐯à 𝐜𝐡𝐢 𝐩𝐡í: Nghị định 20/2026/NĐ-CP (hiệu lực 15/01/2026) đưa ra cơ chế ưu đãi toàn diện nhằm thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế tư nhân, bao gồm miễn/giảm thuế TNDN, TNCN, hỗ trợ R&D và quỹ đổi mới sáng tạo.

2️⃣ 𝐂ơ 𝐜𝐡ế đầ𝐮 𝐭ư 𝐧ướ𝐜 𝐧𝐠𝐨à𝐢: Nghị định 96/2026/NĐ-CP (hiệu lực 31/03/2026) sửa đổi thủ tục đầu tư, cho phép thành lập doanh nghiệp trước khi cấp GCNĐKĐT, đơn giản hóa yêu cầu năng lực tài chính, và mở rộng đối tượng hưởng ưu đãi đầu tư.

3️⃣ 𝐓𝐡ẻ đ𝐢 𝐥ạ𝐢 𝐝𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐡 𝐧𝐡â𝐧 𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐂: Quyết định 28/2026/QĐ-TTg (hiệu lực 01/07/2026) quy định trình tự, thủ tục cấp và quản lý thẻ ABTC, cho phép doanh nhân nhập cảnh các nền kinh tế thành viên APEC không cần thị thực, thẻ có giá trị tối đa 5 năm.

On 07 June 2026, we participated in the 1st Career Day at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, where we had the opportunity to engage directly with law students preparing to enter the profession.

At the event, our team supported students through CV review sessions, mock interviews, and practical discussions on recruitment expectations. More importantly, we shared with them a clearer view of how legal work operates in practice, beyond academic study.

In our experience, transitioning from law school to professional practice requires more than legal knowledge. It involves the ability to structure work, communicate clearly, manage pressure, and take responsibility for outcomes. These are aspects that are often not fully visible in the classroom environment.

At BLawyers Vietnam, we approach internship and early-stage recruitment with a focus on long-term development. We work with candidates who are prepared to build a solid professional foundation, and who are willing to grow through real legal work and structured guidance.

Over time, many of our interns have progressed into paralegal and associate roles, developing not only technical skills but also professional discipline and practical judgement.

We appreciate the opportunity provided by Ho Chi Minh City University of Law to connect with students through such a meaningful platform.

Ngày 07/06/2026, BLawyers Vietnam đã tham dự Ngày hội Việc làm lần I của Trường Đại học Luật TP. HCM, nơi chúng tôi có cơ hội trao đổi trực tiếp với các bạn sinh viên đang chuẩn bị bước vào nghề luật.

Từ kinh nghiệm của chúng tôi, việc chuyển từ môi trường học tập sang hành nghề pháp lý không chỉ đòi hỏi kiến thức, mà còn yêu cầu khả năng tổ chức công việc, kỹ năng giao tiếp, khả năng chịu áp lực và tinh thần chịu trách nhiệm đối với kết quả công việc. Đây là những yếu tố thường chưa được thể hiện đầy đủ trong quá trình học.

The controlled testing mechanism (sandbox) is emerging as a vital legal tool to foster 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in a world where technology evolves faster than the legal framework.
