📖 Mô tả công việc:
- Tư vấn và thực hiện các công việc liên quan tới Nhãn hiệu, Sáng chế cho khách hàng tại các thị trường Việt Nam và các quốc gia khác, đặc biệt là các quốc gia Đông Nam Á, Mỹ, Nhật, Hàn Quốc và Châu Âu.
- Tư vấn và xử lý công việc liên quan đến phản đối, chấm dứt/huỷ hiệu lực, khiếu nại, li-xăng, chuyển nhượng và gia hạn/duy trì hiệu lực nhãn hiệu.
- Tư vấn và giải quyết tranh chấp phát sinh trong lĩnh vực SHTT về Nhãn hiệu, Sáng chế.
- Làm việc với cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam và các đại diện SHCN nước ngoài để giải quyết các vấn đề về Nhãn hiệu, Sáng chế của khách hàng.
- Viết và hoàn thiện bản mô tả sáng chế
- Dịch bản mô tả sáng chế.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Công ty

👨‍🦰 Về ứng viên:
- Trình độ học vấn: Cử nhân Luật trở lên hoặc tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành khác nhưng đã có kinh nghiệm thực tế làm việc trong lĩnh vực sở hữu trí tuệ về Nhãn hiệu và Sáng chế.
- Kinh nghiệm công tác: Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sở hữu trí tuệ về Nhãn hiệu, Sáng chế.
- Ngoại ngữ: Thành thạo tiếng Anh (ứng cử viên biết thêm tiếng Trung là một lợi thế)
Trong đó, ưu Tiên:
- Có kinh nghiệm tư vấn, soạn thảo tài liệu, hồ sơ và xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến đăng ký Nhãn hiệu, áng chế tại Việt Nam và nước ngoài.
- Đối với ứng cử viên Sáng chế: tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành kỹ thuật là một lợi thế và có kinh nghiệm dịch sáng chế trong những lĩnh vực nhất định.

📖 TÓM TẮT LỊCH SỬ NGHỀ LUẬT SƯ VIỆT NAM 📖

Nghề luật sư Việt Nam xuất hiện từ trước cách mạng tháng Tám năm 1945, khi nước ta còn đang là thuộc địa của Pháp. Thời kỳ đó, luật sư chỉ tập trung bảo vệ quyền lợi cho những cá nhân, tổ chức của Pháp tại Việt Nam.

📌 10/10/1945
Sau cách mạng tháng Tám thành công, ngày 10/10/1945, chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh ký ban hành Sắc Lệnh 46/SL đánh dấu sự ra đời của Nghề Luật sư tại Việt Nam. Lúc này, hoạt động luật sư được mở rộng hơn thời kỳ pháp thuộc, quyền lợi của cá nhân, tổ chức tại Việt Nam đã được quan tâm. Hoạt động chủ yếu của luật sư thời bấy giờ là tranh tụng tại các phiên toà. Do vậy mà luật sư còn được gọi với tên khác là “Thầy cãi”, vì hình ảnh luật sư tại Toà án phổ biến hơn nhiều luật sư tư vấn ngay nay.
Để tri ân những đóng góp nghề luật sư, thủ tướng Chính phủ chọn ngày 10/10 hàng năm là ngày Truyền thống Luật sư Việt Nam, cũng là ngày chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh ký ban hành Sắc lệch 46/SL. Thật ý nghĩa phải không các bạn. ❤

📌 1986
Trước năm 1986, nền kinh tế Việt Nam thuộc thời kỳ bao cấp, hầu hết các hoạt động kinh tế đều do nhà nước chỉ đạo. Từ năm 1986, nước ta bước vào thời kỳ đổi mới, nền kinh tế từ bao cấp chuyển sang kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa, các hoạt động giao thương diễn ra mạnh mẽ, trong đó có hoạt động đầu tư nước ngoài vào Việt Nam. Vì vậy, nhu cầu doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài nước cần một đội ngũ tư vấn pháp luật để giúp họ tiếp cận thị trường Việt Nam một cách hợp pháp là rất cần thiết. Nghề luật sư tư vấn bắt đầu phát triển từ đây.

2. Job Description
The Ho Chi Minh office of Baker McKenzie is seeking a Junior/ Mid-level associate attorney for its Employment & Labor practice group, focusing on workplace conduct investigations. The positions will provide hands-on support and manage intellectually challenging, high stakes and complex legal matters.

3. About The Candidate
• At least 2-4 years of experience, with strong academic credentials.
• Must be a qualified lawyer in Vietnam or in another jurisdiction.
• Experience in or have great interests in employment and labor law matters, both advisory and contentious, in a law firm, consultancy or in-house environment.
• Experience in handling employee investigations, whistle-blower complaints and labor audits would be an advantage.
• Aptitude and interest in business development and promotional work.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members.
• Both foreign and Vietnamese lawyers are welcomed to apply.
• Preferences would be given to Vietnamese lawyers who have obtained law degrees abroad.
