The turnaround time for issuing accounts has been significantly shortened:
⏳ Max 02 working days: If your biometric information (photo and fingerprints) is already in the system (Previously 3 days).
⌛ Max 05 working days: If new biometric collection is required (Previously 7 days).
5️⃣ Full Digitalization of Immigration Documents
Your e-ID account now acts as a powerful "digital wallet." The following documents will be fully integrated into the VNeID app:
✔️ Ordinary Passports, Visas, and Visa Exemption Certificates.
✔️ Temporary Residence Cards (TRC) and Permanent Residence Cards (PRC).
👉 Special Note: When performing administrative transactions, you only need to show the information on the app. Agencies and organizations are not allowed to request original or paper copies if the data is already accessible online.
