ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICE
Asset management service is a long-standing financial service in foreign markets and has just been introduced to Vietnam in recent years. This service is not only for businesses and rich people but also for all those who need planning and optimizing cash flow. - Participate in the analysis and development of the project financial statements
- Advise financial planning, progress, and management of cash flow for the project

- Tư vấn đàm phán, thương thảo hợp đồng
- Tư vấn lộ trình kế hoạch thực hiện thủ tục

- Tư vấn pháp luật liên quan về bảo hiểm, tài chính, thuế
2. Kinh doanh:
- Tham gia lập báo cáo tiền khả thi, Báo cáo thị trường liên quan đến dự án, Báo cáo tình hình đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài
- Phân tích và tư vấn lựa chọn phương án kinh doanh khả thi
- Xây dựng phương án, qui mô, mô hình kinh doanh khả thi
- Tìm kiếm các đối tác triển khai dự án tiềm năng
- Kết nối nhà đầu tư với khu công nghiệp và địa phương (giới thiệu đất, xưởng, kho bãi cho thuê...)
3. Tài chính
- Tư vấn cấu trúc tài chính
- Hỗ trợ hoàn thiện tài liệu dự án về tài chính phù hợp với các đối tác tài trợ vốn cho dự án
- Tư vấn và hỗ trợ làm việc với các nhà đầu tư, quỹ đầu tư, ngân hàng,... để tham gia tài trợ dự án
- Tham gia phân tích, xây dựng báo cáo tài chính dự án
- Tư vấn lập kế hoạch tài chính, tiến độ và quản lý dòng tiền cho dự án
4. Quản trị
- Xây dựng mô hình, phương thức quản trị
- Tham gia cung cấp nhân sự cao cấp tham gia điều hành, quản trị dự án
- Tư vấn triển khai các giải pháp quản trị
- Ứng dụng số trong quản trị dự án (cung cấp phần mềm quản lý dự án, quy trình công việc, tiến độ, tài liệu dự án)
- Tư vấn đào tạo kiến thức và kỹ năng quản trị
