Documents required for marriage with a Vietnamese citizen include:

1/ From the Vietnamese citizen’s side:
• notarized copy of ID card (CCCD),
• residence confirmation paper (called form CT07 or CT08) at the place where the marriage will be registered.

If both of you want to register the marriage at the permanent or temporary residence of the Vietnamese citizen, contact the local ward police to complete this procedure, or access the website dichvucongcongan.gov.vn, search for “residence information confirmation”, download the form, fill in the information and upload the file to submit online.
After receiving the application code, about 2 days later go to the ward police to receive the result.
• divorce decision (for Vietnamese citizens who have been divorced). If this document is lost, contact the court to request an extract copy.
• mental health check (this is not done at a normal hospital but must be done at a psychiatric hospital. In Da Nang, that hospital is on Nguyen Luong Bang street).
• passport photos (I forget the size).

2. From the foreigner’s side:
• contact your country’s embassy or consulate in Vietnam to request one document (this document is different for each country) but generally the embassy or consulate certifies that: Mr. … (foreigner’s name) is eligible to marry Ms. … (information of the Vietnamese citizen).
• notarized passport.
• mental health check (same as for the Vietnamese citizen).
• passport photos.
• temporary residence confirmation at your place of stay (some authorities require it, some do not). According to legal regulations it is not mandatory, but it is better to prepare it.

Both of you go to the People’s Committee (UBND) of the ward where the Vietnamese citizen has permanent or temporary residence to carry out the marriage registration procedure.

Motorcycle Driving License Support Service for Foreigners (A1 / A) in Vietnam 🏍️📄

Application Requirements
• Temporary Residence Card (TRC) valid for at least 6 months
• Completed VNeID Level 2 verification

Benefits
• Issuance of a motorcycle driving license with no expiration date

Two Test Cases

1) If you already have a Vietnamese car driving license (Class B)
→ Practical test only
• A1: 3,500,000 VND
• A: 5,000,000 VND

2) If you do NOT have a Vietnamese car driving license (Class B)
→ Written + practical tests (same as Vietnamese citizens)
• A1: 9,000,000 VND
• A: 12,000,000 VND

Service Duration
• 4–5 weeks (excluding public holidays)

Service Fee Includes
• Full support for test application and registration
• 1 hour of private practical training
• Full guidance and support throughout the entire process

Written Class Information
• The instructor can communicate only in English–Vietnamese
• 1-on-1 online lessons, scheduled based on the student’s availability
• Total 5–6 sessions, 90 minutes per session

Not Included
• Medical check-up fee

If You Fail the Test
• An additional 500,000 VND is required to arrange a re-test schedule

License Class Details
• A1 License: motorcycles up to 125cc or electric motor power up to 11kW
