Just working on my taxes and realized about how many miles went into this past year . . .

From listing appointments ➡️ late-night showings ➡️ dropping off keys ➡️ picking up signs . . . and everything in between (and probably more!)

A lot of running around? Absolutely.
Worth it? For sure—because those miles = families finding homes, deals getting done, and goals being reached! 🔑🏡

So grateful to close out 2025 having been part of over $3 million in sales, with $1.5+ million personally. 🏘️
