In North Florida, some of the most-used living space might be outside.
Covered patios, backyards and indoor-outdoor connections give everyday life a little more room to spread out, from morning coffee to dinner outside.
It’s worth looking beyond the four walls when you're touring your next home.

Are you:

A pickleball match. Drinks on the patio. A trip to the dog park. Time at the playground. A walk just because the weather feels too good to head inside.

With so many ways to enjoy a North Florida day, October is a pretty good time to fall in love with Tributary.

Some routines are worth looking forward to.
For Tributary residents Joanne and Bill, that means morning walks with Pepper, bike rides through the community and time spent along the boardwalk surrounded by North Florida’s natural landscape.
It’s not just where they live. It’s how they spend their everyday.

A floorplan is only part of the picture.
When you’re touring a home, look beyond the number of bedrooms. Think about where you’ll drop your keys, how the kitchen connects to everyday life, where you’ll spend time outside and whether the spaces can change with you.
At Tributary, available homes from Lennar and David Weekley give buyers different ways to find their fit.
