Not everyone is aware of small claims that can be filed in a Justice of the Peace Court.

Vehicle accidents, physical accidents, damage to property, unpaid bills, unpaid loans, unpaid rent, a deposit not refunded to you, an electrician or plumber that hasn't been paid, insufficient funds, an open account, a car title that won't be handed over, etc. If the value/claim is $5,000 and under you're eligible to file a small claim.
