The man on the left approached county employees this morning at the front of the county administration building in downtown York, asking if someone could help him with his tie. The man, now four years sober, was graduating from the York County Drug Treatment Court.

York County Sheriff’s Deputy Bienamino “Benny” Lopez immediately offered to help. Thanks to Benny for his community service and congratulations to the graduate on his success now and in the future!
