We got this cutie under contract last week in Camp Hill! 🏡🥰

But seriously... this job is WILD (and not for the sane....) Come with me on a story....

I had showings in Camp Hill with 2 different sets of clients back to back lined up. Clients #1 went to see a house and then I went the next house with Client #2. No s**t, I'm standing outside of a house on a road called Letchworth Drive with Client #2... and Client #1 sends me a link to a house they would like to see... on Letchwood Drive.

I had to do a double take, especially since I was up in Camp Hill and not my normal stomping grounds of York 👀👀

It wasn't the same house, but down the road. I'm like... well.... I'm literally here on this road... can you come in 15 min?! They pack up their dinner and we go in this house... and it's THE ONE! 😍

We go home, submit an offer by 10pm and the next morning we're under contract..... 💥💥💥

& sometimes it happens that fast. Congrats to these future first time homebuyers... she's a BEAUT!

Taking a moment. I’m feeling overwhelmed and stressed and looking around this place thinking of all the things I have “to do.”

Honestly, the aesthetics of my house are probably described as…. “a fu***ng mess”

But then again…. This is my dining room. And honestly it will be the worst day of my life when one day this room is neat, tidy, and untouched.

Brenda was a huge part of leadership at BHHS when I started my career in real estate and over the years has been (and still is) one of my biggest cheerleaders
