Closed on 8/21! 🏡🗝️

What a way to close out such a special chapter!

This property was Active on the market for just FOUR DAYS. We had multiple offers, every single one over asking, including three with escalation clauses climbing well over $1 MILLION. 🤯

But a transaction like this doesn’t happen because of one person.

I could not have had the success I did without my management team, Ryan Sigel and Cheryl Yerger. From ideas and direction, to answering questions, to sometimes just giving me a hug when I was stressing, my brokerage supported me every step of the way. And there was definitely a whole lot of celebrating on closing day! 🥳🤩

To date, this was the highest transaction in The Exchange Real Estate Company’s 15-month tenure, and I’m incredibly proud that we accomplished it together.

And I have to give a huge shoutout to my main marketing squeeze, Lindsey Rinier. 😂❤️ I would tell her my vision for the reels, stories, and posts I wanted to create for this property, and somehow she would take what was in my head and make it even better.

This sale was personal to me in more ways than one, and having the right people behind me made all the difference.

I’m proud of the job I did for this property, but I’m even more grateful for the people who helped me do it. 🙏🏼 This was a team effort from beginning to end.

Some transactions take a little more elbow grease to get them to the settlement table. This one did, for sure!

I heard several times throughout this process, “Any other agent would’ve given up,” and believe me, I wanted to throw in the towel several times. 😂 Not every transaction comes together perfectly. Sometimes there are a lot of puzzles to solve, problems to work through, and a team people to keep everything moving in the same direction.

That’s why choosing a real estate agent who is willing to stay in the fight matters. Someone who answers the phone, finds solutions, asks the right questions, and keeps pushing through when things get complicated.

This one took a village, but we got our first-time homebuyer to the closing table and handed him the keys to his very own home. 🔑🏡
