A big week for housing data. Here's the local-focused rundown for York and Lancaster County buyers and sellers:
๐ Mortgage Rates (Freddie Mac, June 4): The 30-year fixed fell to 6.48% โ down from 6.53% last week and 37 basis points lower than a year ago. The 15-year is at 5.79%. Income growth is now outpacing home price gains, meaning affordability is incrementally improving.

๐ก Lancaster County: Average sales price $375,887 (+4.53% YoY). Homes going under contract in roughly 5 days. New spring listings surged 53% โ yet demand is absorbing inventory fast.
