Four hanging baskets were stolen from our family’s business Sunday evening (6-28-26) at 10:15 p.m. Video is attached and the police have same. Please let me know if you recognize the two “cockroaches” that robbed us.

At 10:05 p.m. they checked the scene & tried to steal stuff, but I secure all my outdoor stuff to keep the innocent people from doing something dumb. At 10:15 p.m. they came back with their kids’ wagon but now brought back a bolt cutter. Watch how they react after stealing the first three baskets, when the headlights of the stopped traffic (at the red light) illuminate them. Hence my nickname for these fine gentlemen. All is forgiven if they apologize and bring my property back. -Rich

Silly, monumental day for me today. Parents whose children are/were bused to school will appreciate this. Every school morning for the last dozen (plus) years I’ve walked one of my boys to the bus stop. First was our oldest son Roan (age 20), pictured here with two classmates in the early days. My walk with him ended on the first day of middle school when a girl was at the stop alone and Roan told me, ‘Dad you don’t have to do this anymore’.

Today was the last day of our youngest son Rykers (age 16) 10th grade, pictured in our driveway this morning. In the Fall, Ryker (like his older brother) will drive one mile from our home to school.

The dog and I are going to miss this routine. I guess I no longer have an excuse for not going to the gym. Have a great late Spring!

The YCASE Art Walk officially kicks off 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. First Friday February 6th at our office and ten (10) other downtown venues. The York Community Art Scholars Exhibition is a competition between eleven (11) local high schools and this year we display (twenty-five) 25 submissions from York Suburban. All venues will also be open Saturday February 7th from Noon – 4 p.m. and two guided tours available at noon and 2 p.m. starting at Marketview Arts. We included a map and addresses of the locations where you can see the art for the next few weeks during the office hours of the entity displaying.

All our artwork is up, and we invite you to visit us today. We have included some pics as a sneak preview. Our hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-Thurs. and we close Fridays at 3 p.m. A word to the wise, there is a lot of snow adjacent to downtown street parking spaces so remember the city parking garages are an option.

All those that walk past our office know that we well feed the birds (& squirrels) here. Presently we have our feeders hanging above our (handicapped) ramp on the Philadelphia Street side of our building. Fairly soon we will have a heated bird bath/drinking station outside for the critters.
Attached for your enjoyment are some pictures my son Roan took of the critters that dine from our feeders (and the food we place on the ground) in our back yard. I think my favorite pic is the squirrel (find him) I call the “backyard porch pirate”. A ground hog, rabbits, vols and chippies, along with a wide variety of birds, know they can dine and drink at our place for free.
On this very cold night please try to feed and hydrate these beautiful souls.

Our kids have P.J. day at school so we decided so can we, at the office! Hope you and your clan are also having a great 2025 Christmas season. A very Merry Christmas to you and your families! This past year was our best year ever on many levels. Thank You God. And Thank You to you, our clients, for trusting us with your Wills, and the Estates of your dearly departed loved ones.

New News! We added a southern lady to our staff who is now our fourth full-time paralegal handling estate administration. Meet Lori Graham, from Red Lion, who is reading Twas the Night Before Christmas to the crew. Our clients appreciate her folksy comfortable exchanges with them.

More New News! One of the ladies in this picture has a new last name. If you have not heard, may I please introduce you to Kelly (Billet) McHenry who married a great guy named Patrick on November 12th, 2025. The newly weds celebrated their union with a honeymoon in St. Thomas.

Left to Right are: Tori Zumbrum, Erin Sipple, Lori Graham, Kelly McHenry, Melissa Reilly, and Rich Reilly.
