Summer nights like this remind me why I do what I do.

A house is walls and a mortgage payment. A home is the laughter at the table, the kids running through the yard till it's too dark to see, family showing up just because.

When I help someone find a house, that's not really the goal — I'm looking for the family sitting around that table five summers from now.
