There are different reasons we are committed to using the processor we use for our beef. One of those reasons is take home yield from our product, which our customers appreciate.
In transparency, our cost of processing has gone up .25 per pound for packaging materials so that means starting in 2026, our beef pricing will reflect the increase. $5.50/lb hanging weight with processing, vacuum pack, and delivery to your freezer within 100 miles is included on your order.
We hope to have cattle ready for processing again starting around February or March. We’re currently busy raising them up to finish weight. Thank you to all of our new and returning customers for your continued support! We couldn’t do this without you all, and we appreciate you!
