Welp-I made a silly business snafu! I designed these cute Eagles magnets and then placed an order from a local printer I love to use. It was way faster than the online places, and I happily began giving them out at festivals and prepping them to be mailed to my sphere. But did I realize how HEAVY they would be and how much shipping would cost…nope!! 😬🤦‍♀️ Each envelope cost over $2.00 to mail out….whaaaa!? So yesterday, today, and throughout the upcoming week-you’ll see me playing “mail carrier” and delivering these goodies if you’re not TOO far away, and on my mailing list!!
**Silver lining: I’ve met new babies, pet dogs, and toured houses I’ve sold that clients have redone. Stopping by has been a great excuse to catch up IF folks have been in the mood to chat, but mostly I’ve just snuck away as not to bother! 🤪**

A really fun memory from 2023 when I was able to let my clients know just how many offers they had received on their end unit townhome-which they had lived in for LESS THAN A YEAR!! 😱
They were SO much fun! I miss them dearly and am so glad they were placed in my life that one year, to help them buy, sell, and briefly enjoy Pennsylvania!

Okay, so we didn’t get EVERY single thing they wanted, as that baby made an appearance two weeks ago. 👶
But you know what? I think we got pretty DAMN close and I’m SO very happy to have helped my clients reach their goals!!!

Thankful for another amazing deal closed, grateful to have been referred to these new grandparents from my former clients (and now brand new parents!), and happy as ever to love my job. 😊

Toured a beautiful home this week and of course-asked to hold the kitten they had! If you have a cat or dog, I hope you don’t mind me loving on them too when visiting your home! It’s one of the best parts of the job. 🥰
