Hello! Lopez Law PLC will officially close 2/23/25 as I have accepted a new position at the Kent County-Office of the Defender and begin 2/24/25. I want to thank my clients over the almost 15 years for trusting Lopez Law, PLC to handle your legal work. Hello everyone! I thought today - given it is my birthday - I would announce that I am running for Kent County Probate Judge. We have created this page you can “Like” for all the upcoming events, etc. Becoming a Judge has always been a dream of mine and I would love all of your help and support to make my dream come true. The Probate Judge would be overseeing family law, abuse/neglect, and juvenile delinquency cases - all of which I have extensive experience in. FIRST though, I need 2,000 signatures from Kent County registered voters to get my name on the ballot! Drove through the snowstorm this morning and got my client a 1 - year misdemeanor with credit time served (13 days jail), no probation. She was facing a 14 year felony! Snow justice! 💪🏼
