Estate planning, including wills, general powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills and trusts are important documents for every family. Estate Administration or Probate services are needed when someone dies and their possessions and bank accounts need to be dealt with. Sometimes there’s a will, and sometimes the person died without one. An estate can

be administered by a family member or a non-family member, depending on the circumstances. I can answer any questions you might have about what your family member or friend left behind. If you find yourself named as executor of a will, I’m able to help you navigate all your responsibilities. Estate Planning includes writing a will, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills. While you may think you can do it online, chances are the end result won’t be what you really desire. This is because including or not including certain language can lead to unwanted results. In addition, Ohio laws change regarding what can and can’t be done in estate plans, and you’ll want to know how those changes affect your plans for the disposition of your estate. Trusts are appropriate for certain individuals or types of families. They are powerful, private, custom documents. With great power, however, comes ... far-reaching consequences. Contact me to find out if a trust is right for you. If you currently have a trust you would like reviewed for compliance with current law, I am able to do that as well.
