Alex Fletcher is a born-and-raised Ohioan from Sunbury and currently serves as an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor at Big Walnut High School. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriscience Education, and his background in teaching, leadership, and agriculture has shaped the way he serves others both professionally and personally. In 2024, he earned his auctioneer license and began pursuing his passion for helping people through important transitions in life.

What draws Alex most to the auction profession is the opportunity to support individuals and families as they navigate change. Whether someone is downsizing, settling an estate, relocating, or preparing for a new chapter, he values being able to help make that process feel smoother, more manageable, and more positive. He believes in building trust, working hard, and providing a professional experience centered on service.

His background interests include coaching football at Big Walnut, teaching, FFA, agriculture, leadership, and community involvement. Across every role he serves in, Alex cares deeply about investing in people, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful impact.

After severe flooding hit Crooksville, Roseville and surrounding communities, many families are facing cleanup, damaged homes and the difficult work of recovery.

Auction Ohio is coming together to collect supplies for those affected, and we’re asking our customers, friends and neighbors to help us fill the truck.

⭐️ 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿: 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘁

Ashley Brandt is a Realtor and Auctioneer based in Central Ohio who brings together traditional real estate and the power of the auction method.

Her journey into auctions began during one of the most competitive housing markets in recent history. As multiple-offer situations became the norm in the early 2020s, Ashley saw firsthand how homes were essentially being auctioned behind the scenes — without the transparency or structure of a true auction platform. Buyers often missed opportunities to compete fairly, and sellers sometimes left money on the table. That experience led her to pursue the auction method as a way to bring a more open and competitive process to the market.

Today, Ashley works closely with other real estate agents to help auction their listings while also representing her own buyers and sellers in both auction and traditional transactions.

Originally from Springfield, Ohio, Ashley and her husband have lived in the Columbus area for more than 13 years. She also enjoys working with VA buyers. With her husband serving in the military for nearly their entire relationship, Ashley understands the unique challenges military families face when buying a home. Helping veterans and military families find the right home is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband have two kids, and they love family game nights with siblings, nieces, and nephews. Ashley also enjoys cooking and baking and values the time spent creating memories with family and friends.

Her goal is simple: whether working with agents to auction their listings or helping buyers and sellers navigate the process, Ashley strives to create a transparent and competitive experience that leads to the best possible outcome.
