ICE is confirmed in Worthington as of 2:25pm on Wednesday, August 26. There are two black Ford Explorers and one additional black SUV with police lights that conducted a traffic stop on Oxford Street near Graham Tire, and there are at least five ICE officers in vests that state "ERO" or "POLICE."

STAFF SPOTLIGHT! Meet César R. Cifuentes, a Legal Assistant at Kivu Law. César earned his law degree in Guatemala before moving to the United States to work with the Guatemalan Consulate in New York, where he assisted their nationals with a wide range of consular protections matters. César then pursued a Master of Laws (L.L.M) in U.S. Law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.
