SOLD! This one was bittersweet for my clients. They decided it was time to sell their beloved home…we came up with a plan, we got into a multiple offer situation, sold above the list price, and negotiated terms to allow them to close quickly and then give them time to finish moving. Selling was a hard decision for them but we made the process as simple and smooth as possible, with a great team on their side!!! Blessed to be part of their transition into their next chapter.
