Spent the afternoon yesterday at the Long Military Museum in Wooster for some real estate CE 📚

We covered red stamped deeds, issues that can come up during closing, and home inspection waivers.

Thank you, Redbird Land Surveying, Haudenschild Insurance Agency, + First-In Home Inspection for the classes! And a pretty cool place to spend an afternoon in Wooster!!

A good month, some really great clients, and a title I’m proud to share 🤍

I made July Leader!

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their move, referred someone to me, or simply shared my name. Building my business through genuine relationships and helping people in my community is exactly what I hoped this career would become.

If buying or selling has crossed your mind lately, DM me “PLAN.” You don’t need a perfect timeline or a fully formed plan. We can start with a conversation and figure out what makes sense for you 🏡
