February Market Update – Woodland,Ca

The spring market is starting to wake up and the numbers show it.
🏡 30 homes sold
💰 $507,000 median sold price
📈 33 homes went under contract (pending sales are improving!)
⏳ 42 average days on market
🔥 36% of homes received multiple offers
Now here’s an important detail 👇
Three of the homes that closed in February had been sitting on the market for 200+ days. When we remove those outliers, the true average days on market drops to just 15 days.

Well-priced homes are moving quickly — and in many cases, competitively.
