Somos una familia de 4 con muchas actividades por lo que queremos encontrar a la persona ideal para que nos apoye trabajando de 5 a 6 días a la semana. Esta persona será la responsable de mantener el hogar limpio, organizado, del lavado de ropa, realizar un plan alimenticio y cocinar a diario.

La candidata perfecta deberá de ser paciente, responsable, honrada, adaptable a cualquier cambio o circunstancia, detallista con iniciativa, intuitiva, bilingüe. Alguien que mantenga un ambiente agradable con buena vibra con ganas de trabajar y mantenerse ocupado.

Es probable que también se ocupe de apoyo en cuidado de niños esporádicamente y muy poco, trabajando junto a una niñera /asistente.

Se considerará como un plus que tenga como transportarse más no es requerido para el puesto

This position is multifaceted and will primarily be focused on real estate and construction while assisting with daily organizational tasks such as:

-Project Management. We currently run 4-6 high-end projects at a time and some run into multi-million dollar budgets. These are luxury homes and development projects that are exciting to be a part of.

-Sourcing and purchasing materials locally as well as from our overseas vendors for projects.

-Admin Duties for 3 companies. Management of tasks oriented at keeping the companies on track and running smoothly.

We have a fast-paced business that is actually fun and fulfilling. One side of our business involves building and renovating high-end multi-million dollar homes and our brokerage side has sold over 200 million in real estate this year so far.

This position will provide you with real growth and education in investing, design and construction. You'll be part of the team that shares in the wins financially and be able to grow into a necessary part of the business.
