We are proud to announce that Tal Rubin and Daniella Rubin secured a $6,500,000 settlement for their clients in an auto-accident related wrongful death where it was the decedent who rear ended a truck.

From the outset, the defense denied liability and blamed the decedent driver for rear ending their truck, pointing to the California Highway Patrol report which placed 100% blame on the decedent. Despite these significant challenges, Tal and Daniella remained committed to uncovering the full story and after extensive discovery, we discovered that the truck had a history of mechanical issues which caused it to stall just before the accident.

This was a very difficult case, litigated over 2.5 years, but we believed in our clients and their pursuit of justice. This settlement reflects our commitment and determination in securing justice for our clients.
