If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to buy in Minnesota, you might want to pay attention to what’s happening right now.

The market is starting to shift.

Homes that were getting a ton of attention in the spring are sitting longer.

Price drops are happening.

Or negotiate better terms that weren’t even on the table during the spring market.

The catch?

You’re probably not going to have as many homes to choose from.
