As you may already know, I just last year shifted my career path from a long time Corrections Officer to take the big leap into Real Estate and am now a licensed agent with Keller Williams Preferred Realty, out of the Burnsville office. Making this change was the best thing in my life.

Hi this is Rose Lillie, your Real Estate professional for the Twin Cities. Serving home buyers, sellers, investors and even those looking to rent until you’re ready to buy. Working not only with home owners looking to rent their property to you, I also partner with a local agency that will buy the home of your choice (within their program rules) and lease it to you, until you can get you’re your own funding- for some its a good option if you’re stuck in the middle and don’t want to waste more money on rent.

Specialties that I pride myself are: listing homes while providing you with a competitive market analysis, as I study homes and prices everyday, I can help you determine a price that will cause your home to sell, without too much inconvenience for you. I also have become quite proficient at natural negotiating for my clients, to determine the best outcome for both parties, and get your goals met.

Working with me, you’ll get a great deal of knowledge, passion, patience especially as a 1st time homebuyer, where I educate my clients and make sure you understand the process and that its definitely a good fit and within your requested budget/ needs. I believe in HELPING my clients achieve what they yearn for; I strive to keep you as excited for the future home as you were the day you decided to start your new home or home sale journey. Realty can be stressful and emotional as we go through the transaction but rest assured I am on your team and will guide you through the process with as minimal fears and anxiety as can be. I understand it’s a big decision with a lot of options – I am skilled at laying it all out so you can make your best decision for your family and not regret it.

I enjoy Photography, travel, as I would love to go to Paris this year. I mostly love helping others. A big part of my business mission is to donate as much money as I keep. I know that sounds cool and kinda crazy -God has given me this Grace and opportunity to bring his love and joy amongst the land, I intend to do just that. I would like to start a project, changing the way they test for Juvenile diabetes to end child loss. In my free time, I like to frequent the dog park, I highly Chicken Alfredo or BBQ chicken pizza. Let snot forget about the dragon-fruit lemonade from Starbucks (pure love) and of-course most of all, being part of my kids growing up. Time flies…. Let’s have fun doing it.
