I wonder if the lawyer bounced from a manufactured lawsuit, in part a discrimination lawsuit, paralegal knows he refers to her as his African American paralegal like she was chattel. He says it to anyone and everyone who will listen, “I don’t discriminate, I have an African American paralegal.” Anyone who refers to another person by race is a racist. Talk about hypocritical. As he stalks my page, I hope she is reading this and realizes what is really going on in the mind of the master manipulator.

It amazes me to see the lack of vision, knowledge and business acumen of lawyers today. Most of these clowns start their law practice on a shoestring and screw up because of desperation. Instead of trying to do a large number of smaller cases they want to have the case that they think will set them up for life. Those cases are far and few between and go to the largest, more experienced and well known reputable law firms. So what do the clowns try to do?? Make something out of nothing and waste time and resources.😂

To a terrible lawyer who refuses to own up to his responsibilities.

It is time to pay for the discovery. You chose to take on a bad case on a contingency. You chose to request thousands and thousands of pages of discovery from my law firm and under the rules you are required to pay for production/copy costs and compilation of said discovery. If this is not resolved by early next week I will be forced to give my attorneys the go ahead to make a motion to compel payment. If this is necessary to do so, you will be paying the discovery costs as well as my attorney fees.

Act accordingly.

See you at trial in about 2 years.

People think I’m not serious......cleaning up the office getting ready to start a new life. I’m going to leave the rat race to the rats. I’m tired of bottom feeders, liars, degenerates, junkies, low lives, creeps and scums. Those are the lawyers I’m talking about!!! I will maintain a NY, NJ presence until after I win my last trial and then I will only visit my friends who are unfortunate enough to be stuck in those States. No one is going to live off of me and my hard work anymore. I do what everyone else dreams about.

The world is upside down. Instead of the successful people being respected they are despised. Even as they give people a hand up, it’s not enough. Even a hand out, is still not enough. I have come to the conclusion that the low life, lazy, ignorant, dumb, losers want to destroy the successful people so they don’t feel like the actual losers that they are and are destined to remain. I guess the old saying “misery loves company” comes into play.
However, WINNERS must fight the lying, corrupt powers that be with all of their might, fury and resources. WINNERS will always be WINNERS and LOSERS will always be LOSERS because it is not only a conscience choice but a mindset. I’ve seen it all in my life and my practice and let me tell you LOSERS are nothing but hot air and empty heads when you go the distance with a LOSER you always WIN because they are LOSERS. Never tire, never waiver, never give up, never give an inch. Make sure the truth comes out and crush their very being. This is going on today in our Country with corrupt politicians, lying media, divisive groups, sociopaths, etc. Fight the fight and stay a WINNER. A LOSER CAN NEVER BE A WINNER BUT A WINNER CAN BECOME A LOSER. Don’t let it happen. Trump 2020
