We will keep saying how much we love what we do—the closing table is a magical place—and even when names get misspelled on documents, buyers get delayed at the bank sending their wires, or the unfortunate leak springs to life moments before closing—WE STILL WOULD NOT TRADE WHAT WE DO FOR SOMETHING ELSE!

Congratulations to the new homeowners; especially the new homeowner who insisted the picture needed to only be of her closer and attorney to send to her husband in OR (he was waiting for the movers to bring everything to NJ)!

We usually start our posts with HAPPY CLOSING DAY and while this closing was also happy, it was a commercial property refinance. The environment of the closing table is different with commercial closings. Businesspeople making deals and making money.

We were honored to grace the closing table on behalf of the title company--especially for the first time with them! We never take the trust placed in our hands lightly.
When you serve as a loan signing agent, you hold the future of a title company in your hand even with one closing. If you do not look every closing this way, you should!
